Intro to Aerial
Foundational class designed to familiarize students with the suspended hammock, focusing on basic grips, wraps, and safe transitions to build confidence, core strength, and trust in supported inversions.
Gentle Yoga
Accessible, slow-paced practice designed to support the body, soothe the nervous system, and prioritize mindful movement over physical exertion.
Yogilates
A hybrid fitness system that fuses the ancient spiritual practice of Yoga with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates. Created in the late 1990s by Jonathan Urla, it aims to provide a "best of both worlds" workout that addresses both the mind and the body.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a foundational, slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on balancing the body and mind through physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). The term literally translates to "force," traditionally referring to a means of achieving a state of yoga through physical discipline and vital energy control.
Aerial Reset
Relaxing class where the hammock hangs just a few inches off the floor. This class transforms the fabric into a supportive prop combining the healing benefits of restorative yoga with the unique, weightless support of the hammock.
Flow & Reset
Balanced practice that begins with dynamic, heat-building movement synced to the breath and transitions into deep, restorative postures to calm and rejuvenate the nervous system.
Wheel Yoga
A supportive and challenging practice utilizing a circular yoga wheel to safely deepen stretches, enhance backbends, and build core stability while deeply opening the chest and shoulders.
Yin + Block Therapy
A powerful recovery-driven practice that combines the long-held, passive stretches of Yin Yoga with the targeted myofascial release of Block Therapy. While Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the connective tissues (ligaments and joints), Block Therapy uses a specialized wooden or foam block as a tool to "sink" into the body’s fascia, melting away chronic tension and adhesions.
Aerial Fitnesss
Dynamic, full-body conditioning workout that utilizes a suspended hammock to combine elements of strength training, focusing on building core stability, muscle tone, and endurance.
Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic, fluid style of yoga where each movement is intentionally linked to an inhale or exhale, creating a continuous and heat-building sequence of postures.
Power Yoga
Vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa that emphasizes building cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and physical strength through a fast-paced, continuous sequence of challenging postures.
Yin Yoga
A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the deepest tissues of the body—the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks—rather than the muscles.
